The short version

Start with the pageview, but do not stop there. A useful baseline connects pages to sources, campaigns, devices, and the actions that matter to the team.

Keep the model small enough that someone can explain it in one sentence. That makes the report easier to trust, easier to export, and easier to govern.

A privacy-first product is not defined by how little it can measure. It is defined by how deliberately it chooses what not to collect.
